Standard features that set our buildings apart:

Flooring:
- Heavy 2 x 6 pressure treated tongue and groove flooring (heaviest in the industry).
- Minimum of (4) 4 x 4 or 4 x 6 pressure treated runners.

Framing:
- 2 x 10 top plate is present on all barn style buildings.
- All vinyl, LP Smart Siding, and shiplap buildings have 16” oc studs
- Pine buildings are 24” oc with wind bracing.
- 2” x 4” framing on all buildings

Roofing:
- ½” roof sheeting.
-25 year shingles  - your choice of color
-Standard drip edge on all buildings for added protection from the elements.
- Metal truss plates (compare to wooden gussets).

Siding:
- 1 x 8 Pine tongue and groove siding
-1 x 6 Pine tongue and groove shiplap siding
-.044 maintenance free vinyl siding (thickest in the industry) in your choice of 26 colors.
-½” Primed LP Smart Siding Siding

Additional Standard Features:
- Long lasting beauty of cedar trim on all pine and LP Smart Siding buildings.
- Ring shank nails are used in framing, flooring and siding.  Exterior nails are galvanized.
- Quality door hardware (we do not use piano hinges).
- Extra wide 67” door openings on all buildings 10’ wide and larger.
- Air vents at each end of the building
